This part will lead through a discussion on the Disaster response, the Rights Based Approach and Resilience. Asia 2004 Tsunami disaster was an opportunity to introduce the rights based and the resilience concept to the humanitarian field and it proved to be a positive experience and it gives insights as to how future disaster responses could be engineered.
It still needs further reflection and analysis.
